I got the +20mm seat for my new 2020 KTM 890 Duke R. I like it a lot. I ordered the standard seat recently as well. For track duty Ill use the standard one for city riding Ill use the tall one. The only negative was the boxing it came in. The box was too small so it was packed a bit sideways in the box. It rubbed the corners a little. The shipping department needs to do a better job there.

AOMC provided excellent service with respect to this KTM Ergo seat. However after riding my 2019 790 Duke a few times with the new seat installed (an easy process and perfect fit) the improvement in comfort is there . . . but it is rather modest. I have a 2018 KTM 690 Duke as well and the stock seat in that bike is more comfortable than either the stock 790 Duke seat or the 790 Duke Ergo seat.
